You can cancel the next subscription charge for free, up to one business day before renewing the subscription.
It will be clarified - it is not possible to receive a refund for services provided, that is, lessons that have already been used by the user or lessons for which the eligibility date has passed (for example, if in a certain month a user did not use the quota of lessons that were available to him).
A request to change or cancel a service will be forwarded to the website using one of the means of communication listed at the bottom of the regulations. It will be clarified that the cancellation notice will apply from the date of the cancellation notice - no retroactive cancellation notice will be given for claims that the subscription was not fully/partially used.
Cancellation of an ongoing monthly subscription cancellation order will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 3 business days from the date of the cancellation notice.

A student may cancel the class up to four hours before the start of the class.
